Arthur Andreasyan, founder and CEO of Puffy.com, is the managing member of RGG Capital. Arthur represents a new generation of global leadership, carving a unique path from groundbreaking e-commerce ventures to establishing a diversified international group of companies across three continents—all achieved in under a decade.

Arthur's impact extends far beyond corporate boardrooms. Operating from dynamic hubs like Dubai, Beverly Hills, and the Greek Islands, he directs his global ventures, but critically, he dedicates substantial energy to fostering potential in others. He is a passionate mentor, actively guiding numerous individuals, particularly young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs, as they navigate their own paths in fields ranging from technology and finance to the creative industries. His mentorship focuses on practical development, opening doors, and encouraging ambitious thinking.

Xavier Botteri is the Chief Investment Officer of RGG Capital. Xavier has three decades of experience in investment management. Prior to joining RGG Capital, he was the CIO at Paraconic Technologies, a systematic equity long/short hedge fund that was seeded by Arrowgrass Capital Partners. Before launching Paraconic, Xavier was a partner at Arrowgrass, a global multi-strategy hedge fund, where he co-led the build-up of the equity business since inception while heading research globally for the firm. Previously, Xavier spent nine years at Deutsche Bank in proprietary trading and equity research, where his team was ranked 1st in both the Global and European Institutional Investor surveys for four consecutive years.

Xavier teaches corporate finance at Université Dauphine in Paris, France, in the Department of Mathematics & IT for Decision Sciences (MIDO). He is a board member of the Maurice Allais Foundation, the French institution that awards the Maurice Allais Prize in Economics every two years.
